From legend to table.
Its name is in fact inspired by the story told by John Milton in ‘Paradise Lost’, where he tells of when Lucifer and the angels were cast out of Heaven. With them they brought a piece of paradise that fell at the foot of Vesuvius, framing the bay of Naples.
It is here that the vineyards that give rise to Lacryma Christi Vesuvio Rosso DOP wine vinegar are born. A unique flavour that, combined with the mastery of Andrea Milano’s vinegar art, takes us back in history.
